Sydney Smile Dental Clinic strives to provide excellent dental care and patient satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our patients and our practice.

Treatment Services

Once dental treatment has been provided, refunds are generally not available as the service has been rendered. However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

Advance Payments

If you have made advance payment for treatment that has not yet been provided, refunds may be available subject to our cancellation policy and administrative fees.

Cosmetic Procedures

For cosmetic dental procedures, we provide detailed consultations and treatment planning. Refunds are not available once treatment has commenced, as results may vary based on individual factors.

Insurance and Third-Party Payments

Refunds involving insurance claims or third-party payments may take additional time to process and are subject to the policies of those organizations.

To request a refund, please contact our office in writing. Refund requests will be reviewed by our management team and processed within 14 business days of approval.
