2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and most insurance plans. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage.

4. Treatment Consent

All patients must provide informed consent before receiving treatment. We will explain all procedures, risks, and alternatives before beginning any treatment.

5. Medical Records

All patient medical and dental records are confidential and will be maintained in accordance with Australian privacy laws and dental practice standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
